Line Clearance Foreman | Deland, FLWinter Park, FL, US, 32789Additional Locations: Apopka, FL; Sorrento, FL;Primary Locations: FL, Winter Park, 649 Nicolet Ave., 32789Requisition ID: 201613Position OverviewPOSITION: Foreman | CDL | Utility Line ClearanceApplications accepted until suitable candidate is selected.Kent - Utility, a division of The Davey Tree Expert Company, is pleased to offer a key opportunity as a ForemanDUTIESProvides crew supervision and line clearing and tree trimming services for major electric utility providersServices provided include pruning treetops, repairing damaged trees by trimming or removal as well as removing broken limbs from wires, roofs, and other objectsDirects crew members and equipment as well as planning and executing the assigned work and tasksResponsible to supervise and assist in the proper maintenance, preparation and operation of all tools and equipment including hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial liftsOperates as part of a crew with supporting Groundmen and Trimmer/ClimberAbility to perform all above mentioned functionsQUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredDriver’s license required.
